2. Customized Transportation Solution
Combined with customer needs and cargo characteristics, our company, relying on in-depth cooperation resources with Turkish Airlines (TK), customized a special transit line solution for the customer: Zhengzhou (CGO) → Istanbul (IST) → Algeria-Algiers (ALG)
- Capacity Selection: We selected the stable space of Turkish Airlines (TK). As a core transit hub between Europe, Asia and Africa, Istanbul Hub can efficiently connect routes from Zhengzhou to Algiers to ensure timeliness;
- Route Planning: Direct flight from Zhengzhou to Istanbul, followed by a connecting flight to Algiers, with only one transit in the whole process, minimizing the transportation cycle to meet the customer's requirement of "arrival within one week";
- Heavy Cargo Guarantee: For heavy cargo with a single piece of 2 tons, we completed space locking, loading plan review and transit operation connection in advance to ensure smooth operation of the cargo at both Zhengzhou and Istanbul ports without delay or damage.
3. Full Transportation Track and Operational Guarantee
3.1 Cargo Shipment and Space Confirmation
Our company locked the exclusive space of Turkish Airlines' Zhengzhou-Istanbul (TK6211 and other flights) and Istanbul-Algiers (TK6510, TK6553 and other flights) in advance, optimized the loading plan according to the characteristics of heavy cargo, and ensured the smooth shipment of the cargo.

3.2 Transit Connection and Timeliness Control
After the cargo arrived at Istanbul Hub, our overseas operation team followed up the transit process throughout the process, ensuring that the cargo quickly completed customs clearance and transfer, and seamlessly connected to the subsequent flight to Algiers, with controllable timeliness throughout the process and no transit delay.
3.3 Safe Arrival and Sign-off of Cargo
Finally, the cargo was successfully delivered to Algeria-Algiers (ALG) port as scheduled. The entire transportation cycle met the customer's requirement of "arrival within one week", and the cargo was delivered intact without any damage.

The heavy cargo transported this time was packaged with professional reinforcement and full wrapping of stretch film, complying with the operation standards for heavy cargo in air transportation, ensuring the safety of cargo transportation from the source.
